Clean Bin Tour Day 11 - Okanagan to Kootenays

Following up on that last post, this trip is not all rain and crazy hills; it's also quaint coffee shops, sunny lunch breaks, great conversations, and beautiful vistas.

This shot of us looking out over Osoyoos was taken about half way up the hill.  As you can see, we like to take breaks. . . our bikes weigh about 90 pounds each, so we need it.

We are in lovely Nelson, BC now; one of our very favorite towns; Grant and I each spent a winter or two out here playing in the snow.  We get our first rest day tomorrow and have our Nelson screening tomorrow night at the TNT Playhouse.

We spent the afternoon putting up posters, and we have two media interviews tomorrow morning, but we have no idea how many people are actually going to show up in the end. Cross your fingers!

Clean the bin 11 did an excellent job for the environment so that we can live in a fresh environment. I think the governement should take some appropriate steps for planing their ways to clean the environment.
